Google Play availability & user credits

FacePika has always prioritized your content and privacy: we do not collect the photos or videos you create in the app. Google Play’s policies expect different data practices in some cases, and as a result the app listing is currently suspended and the install link may not work.

What this means for you

While the app is suspended on Google Play, in-app purchases (buying credits) are not available through the store. We know this is frustrating and we are sorry for the disruption.

How we are making this right

To thank you for your patience and to offset the inconvenience, we offer the following ways to receive credits:

If you are on the latest app (2.5.0): link your Google account

Linking your Google account is the fastest path to get extra credits in the app.

In addition to the standard 5 credits for account linking, we will grant a further 5–20 credits as compensation.

If you are below 2.5.0: email us from the app

Open Settings → Contact us and send us an email. We will add 5–20 credits as compensation. Because our team has limited capacity, users who contact us earlier will be prioritized.

You must use Contact us inside the app—only then can we see your user ID and add credits to the correct account.

Please do not uninstall FacePika

The app is suspended on Google Play. If you uninstall, you may not be able to reinstall FacePika from the store for some time. Keep your current installed version so you can keep using the app and claim compensation as described above.
